Throughout his life, leadership has been a hallmark. From very early on Joe has identified the key principles of leadership that are present in successful careers. A life member of the International Business Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi and a past National Commander of the Sons of The American Legion, Joe's programs on leadership and achievement are full of real life experiences and humorous anecdotes that audiences can identify with, learn from and easily implement into both their careers and personal lives. Joe has been a member of The National Speakers Association and The National Speakers Association - Minnesota Chapter since 1995.

Joe Mayne has been in sales and sales management all of his professional life. He has shared leadership excellence with industry giants Procter & Gamble and E&J Gallo Winery. Joe resides in Elk River, Minnesota with his wife and career partner Petra, and their three children Spencer, Connor and Amanda.
